Our “ankemma” vacation apartments are nestled in the beautiful landscape at the foot of the Lechtal Alps. As a family business with our own carpentry workshop, we attach particular importance to quality and craftsmanship. That’s why all our apartments are furnished with high-quality, handmade furniture that creates a warm and welcoming ambience.
A place where you can relax, leave your worries behind, and enjoy the beauty of the Tyrolean Alps.

Here you will find all the information you need for a stress-free stay with us at “ankemma” in Grins.
On arrival day, your vacation apartment will be available to you at 3 PM. If you plan on arriving after 6 PM, we kindly ask that you let us know. On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 AM at the latest
The city tax is not included in the apartment price. It is € 1.80 per person per night from the age of 15.
Of course, we also have a safe place to store your ski equipment and your bikes on site. E-bike fans can also charge their electric bikes in our building.
Our “Grinner Ladali” grocery store will provide you with everything you need. Of course, you can also enjoy fresh bread from the local bakery. The “Ladali” is about a 5-minute walk from our apartments.
We hope you will understand that pets are not allowed.
If you arrive by car, there are plenty of parking spaces available right next to the apartment building.
We will gladly provide cribs and highchairs upon request (subject to availability).
If you need to cancel your stay for any reason, please let us know in writing as soon as possible.
Cancellation terms:
- up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge
- up to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the total price
- up to 1 week before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price
- in the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the total price
The cost of the final cleaning is €100.00 per apartment.
